Dallas Family Practice has been serving the Back Mountain and surrounding areas with quality medical care for over 45 years. Dallas Family Practice, LLC is an independent, privately owned primary care medical practice. We serve patients of all ages and their families ranging from newborn to seniors.

Our physicians are board certified in Family Medicine and work in conjunction with our entire staff, including our certified Physician Assistants. We provide timely, quality medical care and we accept most major insurances.

We pride ourselves with having state of the art technology at our disposal and delivering personalized, compassionate medical care.

HIPAA Privacy Act

On April 14, 2003, the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) went into effect. Developed by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), these new standards provide patients with access to their medical records and more control over how their personal health information is used and disclosed. They represent a uniform, federal floor of privacy protections for consumers across the country. As a result of this law, Dallas Family Practice has developed a Privacy Policy to be acknowledged by all patients. During your next visit, you will receive a copy of our Privacy Policy.
