Doctor Irvin Jacobs Honored

  Irvin Jacobs, M.D. was recently recognized by the Wyoming Valley Health Care System's Physician's "Wall of Fame". He was honored with a bronze plaque on the "Wall of Fame" on the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital's first floor. Everyone at Dallas Family Practice is happy and proud of Doctor Jacobs for receiving this prestigious honor.

  In recognition of outstanding achievement in the area of preventative care for 3- to 6-year olds, Dallas Family Practice received a Certificate of Excellence given by Geisinger Health Plan. DFP was cited for its commitment to delivering quality health care to Geisinger Health Plan members and its dedication to exceed nationally recognized best practices.
